We’re proud to announce that Professor Robyn Whittaker and Associate Professor Rosie Dobson, members of TRANSFORM, are involved in three Health Research Council (HRC) grants focussed on artificial intelligence (AI) in healthcare, in collaboration with Te Whatu Ora.
The funded projects include:
- Transforming Radiology in New Zealand – From accuracy to implementation of AI
- Evaluating the performance and implementation of AI-enabled diabetic retinopathy
- Aotearoa Roadmap for AI Scribes
These projects reflect a strong commitment to innovation, equity, and improved health outcomes through the responsible use of AI.
